About The Chef

Meet Chef Kelby:

For me, food is more than a career—it’s a way of connecting, creating, and bringing people together. After training at the Colorado Art Institute, I honed my craft in some of Vail’s most acclaimed restaurants, including Leonora, Larkspur, and Fall Line. What I’ve learned from all my experience is that my true passion lies in creating custom dining experiences for people in their own homes. Whether it’s an intimate dinner for two, a celebration with friends, or a large event, I design menus that feel both luxurious and personal. When I’m not cooking, I love exploring farmers markets, discovering hidden food gems, mountain biking, traveling, gardening, and enjoying time with friends over a great meal.
